SHAAP & Medical Professions welcome ECJ Advocate General opinion

SHAAP and the medical professions in Scotland have welcomed the published opinion of the European Court of Justice Advocate General about Scotland’s MUP case. It is clear that there is no European legal impediment to implementation.
