SHAAP is hosting a press conference in Brussels tomorrow to respond to the opinion of the European Court of Justic Advocate General’s opinion on Scotland’s Minimum Unit Price (MUP) policy. SHAAP and our partners in Scotland and overseas have championed MUP policy. We hope that the outcome tomorrrow will be positive and clear and that global alcohol producers will cease blocking the policy’s implementation.
